Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 8/25/2026 Last Updated: 8/25/2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the group SMS messaging and prepaid billing service (the "Service") operated by Frietech Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, or using, the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
The Service allows users to send and receive group text messages via SMS. Outbound group messages are billed against a prepaid credit balance based on message length (segment count) and the number of recipients in the group. The Service also supports account management via SMS commands, payment method setup via secure links or interactive voice response (IVR), and automatic balance recharge (auto-recharge) through our payment processor, Stripe.
2. Eligibility and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- You must register your mobile phone number with the Service before sending messages to a group. Unregistered numbers attempting to message a group will not be billed or delivered and will receive registration instructions.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining control of the mobile phone number associated with your account.
3. Prepaid Billing and Charges
- Each outbound group message is billed at the time of send based on message segment count multiplied by the number of group members (including the sender), at the then-current price per segment-member.
- Messages are billed for all attempted recipients at send time, regardless of individual delivery outcome.
- If your balance is insufficient to cover the cost of a message, the message will not be delivered to any recipient, and you will be notified that funds are needed.
- You may add funds to your balance manually or enable auto-recharge, which automatically charges your saved payment method when your balance falls below a configured threshold.
- All charges are in U.S. dollars. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
4. Payment Methods
- Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not accept raw card numbers via SMS message body.
- Payment method setup or replacement may be completed via a secure, one-time link sent by SMS, or via our IVR payment flow.
- You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for balance top-ups, including recurring auto-recharge charges, until you disable auto-recharge or close your account.
5. Messaging Terms
- Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
- Message frequency varies based on your group activity, billing notifications, and account management interactions.
- You may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
- We are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or factors outside our control.
6. Groups and Group Management
- Any registered user may create a group, becoming its owner.
- Group owners control whether members may add other members via the
#addcommand, or reserve that ability to themselves or designated managers. - Group owners and managers are responsible for ensuring that individuals added to a group have consented to receive messages.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them.
- Violate any applicable telecommunications, anti-spam, or consumer protection law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by texting STOP or contacting us to close your account. Any remaining prepaid balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frietech Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
